PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sieving method and a sieving apparatus by which sieving precision and sieving efficiency can be improved and deterioration of ceramic granules, which are object to be sieved, for dry pressure molding can be suppressed and clogging of the meshes for sieveing can be lessened. SOLUTION: Ceramic granules are mounted on the top face of a mesh 40 for sieving and while the ceramic granules being moved three-dimensional circular movement on the mesh 40 for sieving, brush bristles 52a of brushes 10a, 10b are brought into contact with the mesh 40 to prevent clogging of the mesh 40 and sieve the ceramic granules.
