PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device incorporating a light source in an eye mask and assisting good sleep and comfortable waking. SOLUTION: This good sleep/waking eye mask incorporates the light source in the eye mask, and the light source provides the good sleep and the comfortable waking by lighting a light and activating the brain before ringing an alarm clock.
