PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a belt for descending from a floor which eliminates fear and danger of leaning over the outer wall of a building. SOLUTION: A veranda or a room floor that is inside of the building has an arbitrary descending opening, and a circulating belt 2 with holes 6 to enter a lower half of the body therein is provided.
