PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an injection syringe and a prefilled syringe having superior safety and shock resistance, manufactured at low cost and contributing to the improvement of adhesion with a sealing plug. SOLUTION: This injection syringe comprises a syringe 12 prefilled with medical solution 11, the sealing plug 13 sealing the end part of the filling, and a cap 14 sealing the tip part of the syringe 12. The syringe 12 has a double structure having its inner layer 21 and its outer layer 22 formed of olefine resin, has superior safety and the shock resistance, is manufactured at low cost, and contributes to the improvement of the sealing performance with the sealing plug.
