PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cleaning sheet made up of a hydrophilic fiber web overlaid with a hydrophobic fiber web that can wipe out stickiness and discomfort associated with the adhesion of a cleaning liquid and prevent rough skin by unerringly preventing the cleaning liquid from moving to the hydrophobic fiber web from the hydrophilic fiber web impregnated with the liquid. SOLUTION: The hydrophilic fiber web 1 and the hydrophobic fiber web 2 are joined through a thermofusible resin granules 4, the surfaces of which are melt. A water-repellent layer 5 is formed of the thermofusible resin granules 4 between the webs 1 and 2 and the water-repellent layer 5 prevents the cleaning liquid from moving to the hydrophobic fiber web 2 from the hydrophilic fiber web 1 impregnated with the cleaning liquid.
