PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cartridge for an intraocular lens capable of smoothly moving a folded intraocular lens inside the introduction tube of the cartridge without non-uniformly applying force on the lens, rounding it small and easily implanting it into an eyeball. SOLUTION: A horizontal axis is longer than a vertical axis on the cross section 8 of an insertion port part 3, the vertical axis is longer than the horizontal axis on the cross section 9 of the intermediate part of the introduction tube 2, the vertical axis and the horizontal axis are roughly equal on the cross section 10 of a discharge port part 4, the horizontal axis is continuously changed so as to be shorter from the insertion port part 3 to the intermediate part, and the vertical axis is continuously changed so as to be shorter from the intermediate part to the discharge port part 4.
