PURPOSE: A device and a method for controlling data transfer using the USB2.0(Universal Serial Bus), and an electronic device are provided to intend low-expense and miniaturization of the electronic device by reducing processing load of a processing tool controlling the data transfer of a data transfer controlling device. CONSTITUTION: In case that multiple kinds of information including the first and the second information as the information transferred to one endpoint, a buffer(60) is prepared by making the first memory area for the first information and the second memory area for the second information respond to one endpoint. For the first phase transferring the first information through a bus, a buffer management circuit(50) writes the information transferred to the endpoint from a host to the first memory area for the first information. For the second phase transferring the second information through the bus, the buffer management circuit writes the information transferred to the endpoint from the host to the second memory area for the second information.
