PURPOSE: A web site classification/management on a PC environment and a method thereof are provided to intend security by being executed after a login ID and a password are confirmed, instantly move to a web site included in a preset class without initial execution of a web browser, and remain no traces for site visits by removing cookies when the web browser is terminated. CONSTITUTION: A registration part registers/removes/edits the password, a site class name for a search index, and a nickname/address/keyword of the site included in the class. A database stores/manages personal items and registered items. A search part certifies a user with the password, selects the class, prepares web browser call by the nickname/address/keyword of the site, and moves to the selected site by searching/loading the supported web browser.
