CONSTITUTION: A girder assembling system comprises a bottom plate, a web, an upper flange, an upper flange haunch part, a lower flange, a lower flange haunch part, a double haunch part, segments, a point segment, a shear key(11), an alignment key(12), a bracket(13), a first tendon, a second tendon, a shear groove(21), an alignment groove(22), a first tendon sheath pipe(24), a second tendon sheath pipe(25), a first segment(A), a second segment(B), a third segment(C), a fourth segment(D), and a fifth segment(E). The precast girder is manufactured, and transported to the bridge installation place. The five-segmental precast girder is integrated with the uneven part and strained according to load and tare, and placed on the pier. A slab is installed on the upper part of the girder, and jacking force is applied to the girder according to load.
