<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an internal resistance measuring system with high measuring accuracy, wide current measuring range, quick response characteristics, and good temperature characteristics. <P>SOLUTION: The internal resistance measuring system of the fuel cell is that current of a load is cut from a current supply state in which the load is connected to the fuel cell and fixed current is made flow, and the internal resistance of the fuel cell is found from voltage difference generating between positive and negative terminals of the fuel cell by formula R=(EC-E)/I (wherein, R: internal resistance; I: load current soon before cutting; E: voltage soon before cutting; EC: voltage soon after cutting). A load circuit with the load and an ammeter is installed every a plurality of measuring regions, the load circuit is capable of changing over, and the load circuit, a control target current value, or a control target voltage value in the current supply state from the next onwards during the cutting is changed over. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
