<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a business card preparation method by which the smoothness of communications between a business card distributer and a recipient is achieved. <P>SOLUTION: In the business card preparation method for preparing a business card by using a computer, the problem to be solved is attained through: a business card preparation order reception procedure receiving an order for preparing the business card with respect to a given user from a terminal connected to the computer through a network and information on a disclosure period for the schedule information of the user; a disclosure period allocation procedure allocating the disclosure period to the schedule information of the user based on the information on the disclosure period of the schedule information received in the business card preparation order reception procedure; and a business card preparation procedure preparing the business card describing a URL (Uniform Resource Locator) with respect to a Web page indicative of the schedule information of the user. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
