PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To dispose a film roll 24A and a dancer roller 30 at a low position, and to correct meandering of a film sheet 24. SOLUTION: A container feed mechanism 6, a filling mechanism 8, a sealing mechanism 10 and a cutting mechanism 12 are disposed on a cup carrying conveyor 4 in this order. A device to feed a film sheet 24 to form a lid of a cup 2 stretches the film sheet drawn out of the film roll 24A over a direction-changing roller 34 via the dancer roller 30, and changes the direction by 90°. The direction-changing roller changes the angle by a servo cylinder 38. The film sheet is fed from a space between the filling mechanism and the sealing mechanism via an upper roller 42, a drive roller 50 and a lower roller 44, and pressed against the cup 2 by the sealing mechanism. An end part sensor 70 is provided between the upper roller and the drive roller, and the angle of the direction-changing roller is changed according to the positions of both end parts of the film sheet detected by the sensor.
