PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent deflection of a member and deformation of a cavity due to a resin pressure and to mold a precise extremely-thin article, in injection molding. SOLUTION: In injection molding equipment provided with a mold 10 having a retainer plate 21 and a movable retainer plate 31 which form mutually the cavity to be filled with a molding material between them, pin members 31A and 31B are provided so that they pierce the movable retainer plate 31 and can move forward and backward along the direction of forward-backward movement of the movable retainer plate 31, and they are fixed to an ejector plate 33. An ejector rod 37 having a diameter almost identical with or larger than the diameters of the pin members 31A and 31B is provided on the back side of these members along the direction of forward-backward movement thereof and almost coaxially therewith. A driving mechanism 50 moving the ejector plate 33 forward and backward through the intermediary of the ejector rod 37 always supports the back side of the ejector rod 37 along the direction of forward-backward movement in this constitution.
