PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mobile manual air pump used for an exclusive gas container bag (application of patent 2003-798), which can be used for simply sampling, in an occasion of hiking or making a trip, air containing a fragrance of a flower or clear air in the high mountains and bringing the air home as a souvenier and can also be used for sampling a gas. SOLUTION: A gas delivery nozzle of the manual air pump is made of a flexible material with gas sealing property and is formed into a hollow tapered shape. The nozzle has a length and the tapered shape capable of being inserted into a gas passage of the gas container bag. The tip end of the nozzle inserted into the tip end of the gas passage of the bag can function to fill the gas by using the fingers of a user as a valve of the air pump.
