PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance detection precision of weight of a body to be heated by reducing the number of components by making a structure in which the change of load is directly detected. SOLUTION: The cabinet 1 for housing the body to be heated is resiliently supported by multiple legs 4 and a support leg 20. The support leg 20 is disposed in a region surrounded by each leg 4, and provided with a damper 13 which moves corresponding to the weight of the cabinet 1. When the body to be heated is housed in the cabinet 1, it sinks and the load supported by the damper 13 changes. The inner pressure of the damper 13 changes, and is detected by a pressure sensor 14.
