PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify a device by enabling distance measurement by using a prism or non-prism distance measurement. SOLUTION: This device is equipped with a light source part 15 for emitting distance measuring light, a light-receiving optical system 18, a floodlighting optical system 16 for floodlighting the distance measuring light from the light source part to a measuring object and guiding reflected distance measuring light from the measuring object to the light-receiving optical system, and an internal reference optical system 17 for guiding the distance measuring light from the light source part to the light-receiving optical system as internal reference light. The floodlighting optical system has an optical path deflection member 38 eccentric to a floodlighting optical axis 27, for deflecting the distance measuring light to the direction of the measuring object. The light source part can emit two distance measuring light having different angles of divergence, and either of the light source part and the floodlighting optical system has a shielding mask 30 for making the distance measuring light eccentric.
