PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a degerming cleanser excellent in foamability and storage stability and exerting such effects as degerming, cleansing, deodorizing and bleaching ones. SOLUTION: This degerming cleanser comprises a persulfate, an iodide and a foaming agent. The cleanser in the form of layer tablets each having a 1st layer comprising the persulfate and the foaming agent and a 2nd layer comprising the iodide and the foaming agent can further be improved in storage stability.
