PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composition of an agent for cleaning or wiping an anus peripheral area, having an excellent effect for protecting the skin, providing slippery feeling at wiping, and hardly causing remaining feeling after wiping to provide fresh feeling. SOLUTION: The composition of the agent for cleaning or wiping the anus peripheral area contains a silicone oil having≤30 mPa s viscosity at 25°C and having volatility, and an oil having≤30 mPa s viscosity at 25°C and having no volatility. The pour point of each oil is preferably≤-10°C, and the silicone oil is preferably a cyclic silicone oil. The viscosity of the whole composition at 5°C is preferably≤30 mPa s.
