<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical sending-receiving terminal or the like which transmits a high-quality signal light of without causing a traffic increase and an efficiency decrease in a monitoring system. <P>SOLUTION: An optical branching portion 321 inputs the light reached from an optical branching filter/multiplexer 20, and branches it into two in an optical receiving apparatus 320. A first photoelectric conversion portion 322 photoelectric-converts the light reached from the optical branching portion 321, and outputs a first electrical light according to a time intensity modulation of the light.The first electrical signal includes an information which should be essentially transmitted from a transmitting side to a transmitted side. An optical filter 323 inputs the light reached from the optical branching portion 321, and outputs it by selectively transmitting a signal light of a second wavelength among the light. A second photoelectric conversion portion 324 photoelectric-converts a light output from the optical filter 323, and outputs a second electrical signal according to the time intensity modulation of the light. The second electrical signal includes an information which can specify the transmitting side.
