<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sliding bearing for axial and/or radial arrangement of an inner pipe and an outer pipe, and its manufacturing method. <P>SOLUTION: A sliding bearing for axial and/or radial arrangement of a first bearing member 2 on a second bearing member 4, comprises the second bearing member 4, which has a bearing recess 6 provided with a second sliding face 7 and the first bearing member 2 is stored in the bearing recess 6 and mounted thereon in the axial and/or radial direction, as at least one sliding/guiding element 13 which is fixed with an equalizing compound 11.
