<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a head lamp for forward irradiation of a motorcycle having function for spurring caution to a passing vehicle and a pedestrian by flashing of coloring light. <P>SOLUTION: In the irradiation lamp with the coloring reflection mirror, a reflection mirror 2 provided with the large number of extremely minute recessed parts/projections 3 is formed on a reflection surface 1 of a reflection mirror of an irradiation lamp with the coloring reflection mirror and a front surface lens 9 provided with a paraboloid lens or a convex lens 9a and a light source bulb 5 are assembled and integrally formed.
