PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of easily and quickly repairing a fire resistive covering structure, and the repaired fire resistive covering structure. SOLUTION: According to the method, an existing fire resistive covering material which has been deteriorated due to a fire or the like, is removed by high-pressure water, and a new fire resistive covering material is provided for covering an area from which the deteriorated fire resistive covering material is removed. The water pressure of the high-pressure water sprayed to the deteriorated fire resistive covering material is set in the range of 20 to 300 MPa on a surface of the fire resistive covering material, for instance. Thus the fire resistive performance of the structure can be easily recovered. Further since the high-pressure water is employed in the method, the repairing work is quickly carried out, and more easily carried out than conventional method according to which steel panels are exchanged. Thus the present method is applicable to a wide range of structures and even to a fire resistive covering structure covered with an amorphous fire resistive covering members.
