PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To assemble a radiator to a front end panel while absorbing a dimensional dispersion and a dimensional change by thermal expansion with an inexpensive mounting structure. SOLUTION: The radiator 1 is assembled to th front end panel 2 in such a manner as to be suspended by a nipping groove 3. Since a lower header tank 1b is freely displaceable within the range allowing the displacement of a lower locking projection part 1e, the dimensional dispersion of the radiator 1 and the front end panel 2 and the thermal expansion of the radiator 1 can be absorbed. Since the lower header tank 1b is displaceable to the front end panel 2, transmission of a vehicle vibration to the lower end side of the radiator 1 through the front end panel 2 can be prevented.
