PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To omit the time and labor of selecting a window and to improve operability by providing a means for lowering the illuminance of a screen other than an operatable window. SOLUTION: A window control part 102 displays a background while lowering the illuminance. Then, a window display management table 104 is searched. At the time, whether or not an operatable flag is ON is judged, and when it is ON, screen data 100 loaded inside a screen buffer 101 beforehand are used, the window is left as it is and subscribing display is performed. When the operatable flag inside the window display management table 104 is OFF, the window is displayed while lowering the illuminance. Repetition is performed until the entire window display management table 104 is searched. Then, the registration order of the window display management table 104 is changed in the case of changing the superscribing order of the windows and the ON/OFF of the operatable flag are changed in the case of changing the operatable window.
