PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To naturally clean air inside a limited room in a public facility such as a school and a hospital, in a building, a mansion, a house, a building in a commercial facility or the like, or in a cabin such as for a rolling stock or vehicle for a railway or a bus, and for an aircraft, and to remove unfavorable odor and VOC, so as to provide comfortable and healthy indoor air. SOLUTION: In this floor diffusing type air-conditioner, wind diffused from the air-conditioner is passed through a gas-permeable floor material to flow into the room, and the circulating air is concurrently cleaned efficiently by an air cleaning material carried on the gas-permeable floor material, using the whole floor.
