PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To absorb vibration due to eccentricity by holding a holding body having a power transmission shaft through T-shaped tubular bodies. SOLUTION: In this power transmission device having eccentricity absorbing and vibration isolating functions, the holding body 4 having bearings 3 for the power transmission shaft 6 is held through an elastic tubular bodies 12 positioned coaxially with mounting bolts 5.
