PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form grooves between gear trains without causing the falling deformation of gear teeth. SOLUTION: A plurality of gear trains a and b with a same circular pitch are formed in the outer peripheral surface of a single gear base plate 1 by integral molding. The gear trains a and b are shifted by 1/2 pitch relative to the adjacent gear trains a and b. The deddendum portions of the teeth 2 of the gear trains a and b are formed integrally with a part of the deddendum portions of the teeth 2 at the front and rear of the adjacent gear trains a and b at a uniform cross surface. The annular grooves 4 with such a depth that a surface formed by connecting the tip parts of the cross surfaces of the teeth 2 is formed in a continuous bottom 5 are formed between the gear trains a and b.
