METHOD OF MANUFACTURING TURBINE ROTOR AND TURBINE STATOR

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a turbine rotor and a turbine stator, suitably applicable to the manufacture of a small turbine and reducing a manufacturing cost and manufacturing time. SOLUTION: A cylindrical part 12 and a plurality of moving blades 13 arranged at the outer peripheral surface of the cylindrical part 12 along the circumferential direction are integrally formed of one material 11 by cutting. The cylindrical part 12 and the plurality of moving blades 13 are inserted in a cylindrical member 14, and the end parts of the plurality of moving blades 13 are joined to the inner peripheral surface 14a of the cylindrical member 14. The cylindrical member 14 is machined out to form ring-like shroud parts 15 integrally fixed to the plurality of moving blades 13. COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
