PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a building foundation structure exhibiting bearing power to the maximum because of holding a bell type block group positively in a regular vertical attitude by pulling components facing in connecting bodies of bell type blocks and an interfilling filler, to each other by pulling-connecting members. SOLUTION: A large number of bell type blocks 10 are laid in one or more rows following the peripheral outline of an object building and sequentially brought into contact or connected to one another in a single layer or a plurality of layers while rising from the ground, and the interfilling fillers 20 for filling such as crushed stones and gravel are filled between the respective bell type blocks 10 and on both sides of the bell type block laid rows to form an annularly continuous support region S1 as a whole. The pulling-connecting members 25 formed of geogrid or the like are embedded horizontally passing through the support regions S1 and a bell type block non-laid region S surrounded by the support regions S1, and the shaft legs 12 of the bell type blocks 10 are inserted and engaged with the pulling-connecting members 25 in the support regions S1.
