PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form the edge parts of the surface skin, formed on the recessed part of the surface skin in a surface skin material so as to be projecting angular shape with shape edges. SOLUTION: The method of producing an electroforming mold comprises: a stage where a surface skin sheet is pasted on the sheet mounting face of a wooden pattern model so as to extensively be stuck thereto; a stage where, using the surface skin model, an inversion model having a transfer face to which the surface pattern of the surface skin sheet is transferred is produced; a stage where, using the inversion model, a tank entrance model having a standard face to which the surface pattern of the transfer face is transferred is produced; a stage where the standard face of the produced tank entrance model is provided with a recessed part having a profile shape same as that of the recessed part in the surface skin; and a stage where, using the tank entrance model provided with the recessed part, a surface skin forming mold having a surface skin forming face to which the surface pattern of the standard face is transferred and provided with a projecting part by the shape inversion of the recessed part is produced.
