PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aqueous composition which reduces an environmental load such as volatilization of formaldehyde, reduces discoloration, and excels in expandability, blocking resistance, and furthermore weatherability, a foamed sheet, and a wallpaper. SOLUTION: The aqueous composition comprises (A) an ethylene/vinyl acetate copolymer resin emulsion having a formaldehyde concentration of≤1 ppm, (B) a blowing agent, and (C) an inorganic filler by using a vinyl alcohol polymer having a 1,2-glycol bond of≥1.9 mol% as a dispersing agent.
