PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic apparatus which can be easily repaired at a low cost even when a screw thread for tightening an external thread is damaged by preventing the generation of a slack in tightening of the external thread, in an electronic apparatus in which a substrate is fixed by tightening crews. SOLUTION: The electronic apparatus is provided with an electronic circuit, a cabinet 2 which forms a box shape and has the electronic circuit inside, cylindrical parts 201 which are fixed on the inner wall of the cabinet 2 and provided with holes 202 which are opened at almost center and slits 203 which penetrate in a direction perpendicular to the holes 202, removable members 5 which are detached from and attached to the cylindrical parts 201 and in which recesses 501 are formed, and the substrate 3 having penetrating holes 301 which are made to abut against upper surfaces of the cylindrical parts 201.
