V GROOVE SUBSTRATE, ITS MANUFACTURING METHOD AND V GROOVE MOLDING METALLIC MOLD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a V groove substrate and its manufacturing method by which the V groove substrate having no chipping can be formed in a state having favorable transferability and mold-releasing property by molding and to provide a V groove molding metallic mold therefor. SOLUTION: A V groove 2 is constituted of inclined faces 5 inclining at an angle of 60°to 90°in a V-shape and fellow upper end parts and fellow lower end parts of these inclined faces 5 are gently joined via curved faces 6, 7. Thereby stress concentration at edge parts (upper end part and lower end part) of a projected part for V groove in the V groove molding metallic mold is alleviated. Consequently lifetime of the V groove molding metallic mold can be prolonged and at the same time quality can be stabilized by preventing chippings at the edge part of the V groove substrate.
