PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat developable photographic sensitive material improved in density unevenness of an image after heat development caused by difficulty of coating property control of an image forming layer, and excellent in film adhesion and cutting suitability. SOLUTION: In the heat developable photographic sensitive material including an image forming layer containing at least organic silver salt grains, photosensitive silver halide grains, a reducing agent and a binder on at least one face of a polyester support, at least one undercoat layer provided by coating with a water-based coating liquid is present between the support and the image forming layer, and the difference between the maximum and minimum values of thickness of the undercoat layer is 0-0.04μm.
