PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a proper energy saving by a simple judging operation by the detection of a liquid flow in a delivery system. SOLUTION: By this electric hot water storage container, when a content liquid 71 is fed for an actual use by a delivery operation by continuing the using state while performing an energy saving warming at a normal warming temperature or a temperature being lower than the normal warming temperature, a liquid flow in the discharging system 25 is detected by a liquid flow sensor 111, and the state of the actual use is automatically judged by the result of the detection. A time zone being suitable for the energy saving warming is set to be an energy saving time zone based on the judgement, and when the energy saving time zone comes, the hot keeping is switched from the normal warming to the energy saving warming.
