Disclosed is a tile-type construction material for exterior-finishing using a light-emitting source. A light-emitting element such as a high-luminous LED is combined with the tile-type construction material in order to attract a pedestrian's attention at the nighttime as well as the daytime, thereby performing an advertisement for providing information to pedestrians, without consuming a large quantity of electric power of electricity. The tile-type construction material can be tiled on the floor of public places, thereby improving the advertising effect aiming at pedestrians.
