<p>5,11-Dihydrodibenz[b,e][1,4]oxazepine derivatives such as (R)-(+)-5,11-dihydro-5-[1-(4-methoxyphenethyl)-2-pyrrolidinylmethyl]dibenz[b,e][1,4]oxazepine or (R)-(+)-5,11-dihydro-5-[1-(4-fluorophenethyl)-2-pyrrolidinylmethyl]dibenz[b,e][1,4]oxazepine; stereoisomers or them, pharmacologically acceptable salts of them and hydrates thereof; and drug compositions containing them. These compounds exhibit an excellent activity of improving the motor function of the digestive tract without any adverse effect.</p> |
