<p>The invention relates to a motor-vehicle windscreen (60) wiper blade (10) with an elongate wiper strip (16) which has a uniform cross-section. Said wiper strip is supported by a carrier frame (12), is biased towards the windscreen (60) to be wiped and can be moved transversely to its longitudinal extension across the windscreen (60). The wiper strip (16), when viewed in cross-section, has a head strip (20) consisting of synthetic rubber and held by the carrier frame (12), and a scraping member (38) connected to said head strip. A wiper lip strip (40) in contact with the windscreen (60) is fastened to the scraping-member side facing away from said head strip (20) by way of an elongate, tilting cross-member (32). A permanently reliable wiper blade to be produced economically can be obtained when at least one section of the regions forming the outer shape of the scraping member (38) consist of natural rubber with a low coefficient of friction.</p> |
