PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to obtain a system capacity according to a season, month, weekday/holiday, day of the week, and time even if a feeder or a transmission system is defective. SOLUTION: The present capacity of a power system is input to a data inputting section 10 from a feeder through a transmission system. A judging section 110 judges whether the feeder and the transmission system are normal. When the result of the judgement by the judging section 110 is normal, a system capacity for one day is stored in a data switching section 111 at intervals of a specified time. When the feeder and the transmission system become defective, the data is switched to the one stored at the storage times of the days when the feeder and the transmission system were normal and is output by a control target amount calculating means 112. |
