A support for photographic photosensitive materials which consists essentially of a magnetic recording layer, a cellulose ester layer and an intermediate layer provided between the magnetic recording layer and the cellulose ester layer consisting essentially of a polymer of which the solubility in a solvent for separation is different from the cellulose ester of the cellulose ester layer. According to the support of the invention, the magnetic recording layer is very easily separated from the cellulose ester layer, and they can easily be recycled. Moreover, magnetic properties of the support are improved. <IMAGE>
