PURPOSE: A composition for a drainpipe and a general pipe is provided to improve rigidity of the resulted pipe as compared to the conventional pipes, thereby preventing degradation of pipe functions, and to find a new application of recycling waste plastics. CONSTITUTION: The blend composition for a drainpipe and a general pipe is prepared by melt-mixing polyethylene with any one of polypropylene(PP), a polypropylene copolymer(PPC), a polypropylene block copolymer(PPB) and a polypropylene random copolymer(PPR) and adding thereto wax-SBC (styrene-butadiene copolymer) or SBC as a compatibilizer. The general pipe and a drainpipe are prepared by adding a master-batch where PE or PP is used as a base resin with using PP, PPC, PPB or PPR having bending strength of 8000-30000kgf/cm2 is used.
