PURPOSE: An apparatus for measuring the transmission power and an antenna VSWR(Voltage Standing-Wave Ratio) of a base station remote unit is provided to extract an antenna VSWR to diagnose the antenna by coupling an antenna reflection signal by using a directional coupler. CONSTITUTION: A directional coupler(104) transmits a transmission signal outputted from a duplexer(102) to an antenna(ANT1) and simultaneously couples it to output a transmission power measurement signal, and extracts a signal reflected from the antenna(ANT1). An antenna VSWR measurement unit(105) measures an antenna VSWR from the signal reflected from the antenna(ANT1) which has been extracted from the directional coupler(104). A diplexer(108) suitably combines a reception signal for diversity outputted from the second low noise amplifier(107) and the transmission power measurement signal outputted from the directional coupler(104), and then transmits it to a main base station.
