PURPOSE: An endmill cutter body is provided to improve the improve the strength of a cutter body and a cutting tip by facing the cutting tip toward a rotating direction of the body and to improve the productivity of a processed material and to extend the life of a tool by minimizing the sticking of the cutting tip in the cutter body. CONSTITUTION: A body(11) has many discharging grooves(15) and protruding portions(17) between the discharging grooves in a spiral direction. The discharging grooves are formed in a circular shape to insert a processed material. The discharging grooves discharges cutting chips of the processed material. Cutting faces of many cutting tips(13) are protruded from the discharging grooves. The cutting tips are installed in the protruding portions by a fixing bolt(19) while confirming the direction of the cutting faces to the rotating direction of the body. Thereby, the strength of the cutter body and the cutting tips is improved. Moreover, the sticking of the cutting tips in the cutter body by the cutting friction heat is minimized.
