PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the number of parts and to miniaturize a cap. SOLUTION: A fastening part 44 of an insulated cap 4 encircles a connecting part for connecting a terminal 50 of a first lead-in cord 5 to a terminal 35 of a light source bulb 3. Consequently, measures to prevent the short-circuit of the connecting part can be taken to thereby eliminate the need of an insulating cover in the terminal 50 of the lead-in cord 5 so that the number of parts can be reduced. A direction for connecting the terminal 50 of the first lead-in cord 5 the terminal 35 of the light source bulb 3 is the same direction perpendicular to a front opening part 40 and back closing part 41 of the cap 4. Consequently, the diameter of the front opening part 40 becomes smaller so that the cap 4 can be miniaturized.
