<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve quality and to improve job site workability by consisting a high frequency transmission system of a corrugated waveguide which improves precision and production efficiency. SOLUTION: A corrugated waveguide 8 is formed by laminating and fixing a lot of big conductive rings 10 and big conductive rings 11, whose surfaces are composed of high-conductivity materials at least, mutually in axial direction. Besides, connection flanges 9 are fitted at both terminals. In this case, sliver brazing soldering or solid phase diffusion joining is used as a method for fixing the respective conductive rings. Thus, not only two kinds of conductive rings 10 and 11 can be extremely easily produced with high precision but also a corrugated tube 8 for a desired length can be provided by combining a log of two kinds of conductive rings 10 and 11. Besides, since one tube is long even when a high frequency transmission system 3 is extended for a long distance, a connecting part for connecting each corrugated waveguide through the connection flange 9 is reduced and job site work can be simplified.</p> |
