<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately and repeatedly measure the flow direction and speed of underground water by a camera and the like. SOLUTION: The flow direction and speed of underground water are measured according to the moving direction and speed of a float 11. A measurement case 1 having a flow path 2 where the underground water can flow in and out of is inserted into the water, and air is supplied to an upper part in the case 1 to form an air layer. The float 11 is arranged in the flow path 2 and made to float between the air layer and a lower part. After the float 11 is positioned at the center inside the case 1 by an electromagnetic induction coil 13 and the like, the movement of the float 11 is image taken by a video camera 6 positioned above the air layer and then the flow dierection and speed of the underground water are measured.</p> |
