<p>An electric actuator comprises an actuator body (202) formed with a hole (204) penetrating in an axial direction, a driving force-transmitting shaft (218) coupled to a rotary shaft of a motor (212), a displacement member (222) coupled to said driving force-transmitting shaft (218), for making linear displacement along said hole (204) of said actuator body (202) by converting rotary motion of said motor (212) into a rectilinear motion. Rotation of said displacement member (222) in a circumferential direction is prevented by a guide rail (226) provided on said displacement member (222), and a guide block (228) provided on said hole (204) of said actuator body (202), for making slidable engagement with said guide rail (226), wherein said guide block (228) has a U-shaped cross-section cooperating with said guide rail (226). <IMAGE></p> |
