The tool has a hub (40) with a driving unit and two projecting parts extending from the hub. A peripheral protrusion is located in lower part of the hub. The projecting parts extend outside the peripheral protrusion. Two lower radial ribs are placed in a lower annular zone of the protrusion. The ribs form a projecting conformation having a front (70). An opening (49) connects lower and upper sides of the protrusion.
