摘要 PURPOSE: A method of making mixed grain powder containing anaerobic microorganism by fermenting grain powder with anaerobic microorganism under vacuum condition is provided. The product contains microorganism beneficial to human body in large quantities. CONSTITUTION: Grain flour containing unpolished glutinous rice flour, unpolished regular rice flour, barley flour and black bean flour, wheat bran flour, corn flour and the like and anaerobic microorganism are mixed in a necessary ratio, introduced into a vacuum fermenter and poured with drinking water while agitating the mixture to give a moisture content of 60 to 65%. Thereafter, a vacuum of 800 to 900torr is applied to the vacuum fermenter, heat is applied thereto for 1 to 3hr to ferment the anaerobic microorganism. In the mixing stage, grain syrup, corn syrup, salted-seafoods or salted-anchovies can be added to control the salt content and maximize the proliferation of anaerobic microorganism.
