PURPOSE: A glove for absorbing vibration, having a vibration isolation structure contained within, is provided to prevent the bad influence caused by the case that an outer impact is transmitted to the human body, by using a vibration isolation structure for absorbing and dispersing the outside vibration and impact. CONSTITUTION: The glove for absorbing vibration includes: an inner liner; an outer shell; a palm portion; many finger portions; a resin film layer(10), arranged between the inner liner and the outer shell of the palm and finger portion and absorbing an impact; a non-woven fabric layer(20), surface-contacted with the resin film layer(10); many resin embossing portions(30), made out of a soft material and arranged on the non-woven fabric layer(20); and a bulletproof fabric layer(40), made in the manner that a high-strength fiber is woven in a mono-direction and then an impermeable resin film is attached on both sides of the woven fiber so as to configure more than 10 layers of a fabric(41). The layers(10,20,40) are successively laminated and configured.
